Recently, on my trip to a northern state of India, I visited a number of monasteries and schools which introduced me to Buddhism. I had heard and read about Buddhism before but never got an opportunity to come face to face with it. While I was trying to go deeper into it, I stumbled upon a book on the teachings of his holiness the Dalai Lama. His thoughts and teachings are definitely going to have a long lasting impact on my mind and while I am at it, here are 15 quotes by his holiness the Dalai Lama, that have the potential to change your life
